He's cute, right? Thanks! This is my four year old, Ray. He's been suffering from insane seasonal allergies since apparently Mother Nature can't decide whether it's still winter or spring should begin. This poor little guy starts with the stuffy/runny nose combo, and that of course drains into his chest and starts the coughing. Last season, he'd be begging me to give him Benadryl. This season, he brings me the box of oils. We use doTERRA's Breathe blend. A little wiped under the nostrils, and on the chest, and within a few minutes, he can breathe freely, and he's off and running. You can also diffuse Breathe blend in a humidifier or cold air diffuser at nighttime to help keep you and/or your kiddos breathing easy all night long.
